Best Dental Experience
I would highly recommend Southwest Smiles. Dr. Wong was great with my son and Mario is the best Hygienist that I have had. He is super informative and the most painless cleaning I ever had. He even took the time to show my son how to brush properly. You can tell everyone loves their job and takes pride in their work. The front desk staff is wonderful as well :) Will be returning.

I had dental hygiene and other work done by this clinic. Swappy did the dental hygiene part and doctor Susoeff did the other delicate job. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful. The whole team in the clinic is absolutely professional, skilled and their customer service and attitude towards people is so nice that I would strongly recommend anybody to seek their help if you would need, Me and my family will be taking their care forever if we could.-Akhtar and family

BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE !
From the moment I walked into this beautiful dental office I was greeted with a smile and welcoming words. I was a new patient here so I had to fill out forms. I had some questions and the wonderful ladies at the front were more than happy to help assist me with my questions. I was then taken to my room for my checkup/cleaning and the staff greeted me along my walk to the back with hello's (This may seem insignificant to some people but a personalized experience is something that is extremely important to me). When we got to the room both the dental assistant and dentist where there and they were both very friendly. They were both eager and happy to answer any questions I had- which were quite a few. Dr.Wong was very thorough in her exam and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was very detailed and informative the entire time. she was able to explain certain issues that were going on in my mouth with great detail and also was able to teach me different ways to make sure the certain problems won't occur again. I have personally had years of dental work done whether it's been just checkup/cleaning or teeth removed, dental surgery, headgear, braces ... The list could go on. I have to say this was the best dental experience I have had. I felt comfortable the entire time and very welcome in their establishment
. Client service is just one of the many wonderful things about this dental office and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I needing a dentist that is knowledgable,kind and welcoming. If I could give them 100 stars for a review I would.

Southwest smiles
I thought this dental clinic was very friendly and inviting. The office was laid out well and had all the latest technologies to make their jobs easy. The people were friendly and willing to explain what they were finding and ways to prevent further problems.

State of the art technology, friendly staff
This was the most futuristic dental office that I have ever been too. Dr. Lee was very meticulous and gentle on the gums. And Nicole did a wonderful job cleaning. I would definitely come back in the future.

This dental office was a joy to visit. It's a very professional, clean dental office. I had my first visit this past week after my hard search for a dental office in my area I finally found this place. I was very please with the attention and the helpfulness of the dentist and the hygienist. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Most Pleasant Dentist Ever
I've always been self-conscious of my smile but Dr. Susoeff pointed out all the positive things about my teeth. He took the time to explain why I should never be afraid to smile and that alone gave me the added confidence I needed. Any other dentist would have taken advantage of my insecurity and upsell me on a multitude of treatments but not Dr. Susoeff. He was honest and actually talked me down from spending money on veneers I don't really need.
In addition, the staff at the Southwest Dental Clinic are the most friendly people you will ever meet. Going to my dentist appointment is like going to visit my family.

Excellent firstcvisit
From the moment I arrived for my first appointment, staff were polite. I explained I was very nervous and Dr. Li went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable throughout my session. All on 4
I called Southwest Smiles after a horrific dental experience elsewhere. Veronica was so sweet and kind on the phone and got me in to see Dr.Susoeff right away. I was terrified after having been traumatized by another dentist but knew I needed help. My mouth was butchered and I thought I'd never smile again! (I'm only 36). We decided to go with the All-on-4 and I met with their denturist at another clinic. The way these two businesses worked together was amazing! I didn't have to try and figure anything out (payment, timeline, appointments, etc) they did it all for me!
The procedure was completely painless with lots of consultation before and after surgery. Dr.Susoeff even gave me his cell number so I could text him with any problems or questions, which I did and he responds right away, even calling in prescriptions. Still in the healing process and actually look forward to visiting the dentist now! I feel like we've been on the same page and I've been HEARD since day one, this is an actual TEAM here and they're equally concerned about your health and happiness. Such a lovely office as well, extremely clean and sterile but feels like a day at the spa!
I would and have 100% recommended Southwest Smiles. After a lifetime of dreaded dental work and surgery, I am finally relaxed and happy. This experience has changed my life! Thank you for being so wonderful and giving me hope and a smile more beautiful than I ever could have dreamed of!
And because money is important, I should mention that implants are the most affordable here. In all of Alberta. Don't waste your time and money going anywhere else! And be prepared to be treated like a human being! :)

Spa-like
Southwest smiles is a beautiful, bright, clean facility. The staff are warm and welcoming. The hygienist was so nice and skillfull. The entire experience was relaxing and the extra touches like moist towelettes made my experience spa-like. Thank you Southwest Smiles!

Customer Comes First :)
Every detail of the dental experience is focussed on putting the customer first.
This dental clinic is following the 'best practices' book of making every contact with the customer personal and caring. A way cool 'take off your shoes and put on some crocs' entry greets you. A unique planted fountain, fresh magazines and art that is shiny and upbeat. The colour scheme says 'fun, fresh and if I could be a spa I would.'
Reception is warm and welcoming I was lucky to get Veronica who demonstrated a sensitive caring about my 7 teeth removal situation. Wait time nil. Dr. Sousoeff comes out to the waiting room to welcome you personally. After being ushered into a top of the line equipped surgery you watch the well trained assistants and the doctor taking care and attention to health procedures and a continued request that you let them know if you are having any discomfort or other problem.
The billing process show that they are sensitive to the high costs and want to make the payment as smooth as possible and give all expert assistance with insurance work.
It was telling that Veronica phoned me on a Sunday to tell me she was correcting an error on the paper work and had not been able to sleep for thinking of it.
As you can tell I was impressed! Marketing is my profession and these guys are getting it right. Appreciation is motivating and with the positive staff culture that is being nurtured and the customer service that remains top of the list I have little doubt that they will keep on being a 5 star dental clinic.
